Guy Hands' Terra Firma has raised £200m from the partial sale and leaseback of off-licence chain Threshers' property estate. Daily Telegraph
It is understood Terra Firma raised the money through several tranches of property earlier this year and late last year. Those sales have now come to an end and no further sell-offs are planned at the moment.
Terra Firma bought the Thresher Group in October 2000 from Whitbread and Punch for £225m.
