Harworth options 1.6m sq ft Northamptonshire industrial site

Regeneration specialist Harworth Group has signed an option agreement to buy the freehold to a 168-acre site south of the Junction 15 of the M1 in Northamptonshire.

Harworth declined to reveal the sale price.
