HBD and Barnfield JV acquire Preston site for 800,000 sq ft industrial scheme

A joint venture (JV) between developers HBD, part of property group Henry Boot, and Barnfield Group, has acquired a 25-hectare site near Preston, Lancashire, to develop an 800,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme, for an undisclosed amount.
