Henry Boot Developments (HBD) has announced plans to speculatively develop 83,000 sq ft of industrial, storage and logistics space at its Butterfield Business Park scheme in Luton.
The extension of the scheme will add ten new units from Autumn 2019 and switch the focus of the business park from offices to industrial. A further 610,000 sq ft of employment space is set to be delivered on a design and build basis.
