HDG Mansur has sold its only asset in Sweden to Morley Fund Management.

The global property investment and asset management company has sold an office building let to phone giant Ericsson in the Kista area outside Stockholm, for about E80m (£55m), Property Week has learned. The deal reflected a yield of approximately 5%.

The sale comes during a period of increased investor confidence in the Nordic regions as buyers seek more transparent markets in light of current liquidity issues.

HDG bought the office in April 2005 from Goldman Sachs Whitehall Fund in a deal reflecting a yield of 6.75%.

Cushman & Wakefield advised HDG Mansur and Knight Frank advised Morley Fund Management. All parties declined to comment.
