Heal’s not high on Orbit’s Manchester site plans

Orbit, the developer of the former NatWest building at 55 King Street, which after refurbishment will include 2,790 sq m (30,000 sq ft) of retail space, gave a lukewarm response to an offer for the entire area. Orbit said that it preferred to hold out for multi-lets.
