Heathrow rents soar

The 3,800 sq m (41,000 sq ft) building attracted such a high rent because of its location on fibre-optic networks. Christina Banbury of Rogers Chapman said: ‘I expect this market will drive several other warehouse deals in the Heathrow area over the next few months.’
