The must-attend hybrid event, which takes place online and at America Square Conference Centre, London, on Friday 1 October, will feature a session from Bruce Daisley, the former European vice-president of Twitter and an expert on work culture, on creating the workplace culture of the future.

He joins a C-suite line-up of industry heavyweights that includes: Paul Williams, chief executive of Derwent; Kate Richardson, head of national office programme at the NHS; Emma Lurie, head of workspace at ASOS; and Mark Ferguson, workspace transformation lead at Aura Future.

The great return to the office post-pandemic is set to be the big talking point and the role of shared workspace in hybrid working will be hotly debated during a panel debate featuring: Richard Morris, IWG chief executive; Justin Harley, regional director of Yardi; Charlie Green, co-founder and chief executive of The Office Group; and Michael Kovacs, founding partner of Castleforge.

During another important session, Ann Marie Aguilar, senior vice-president of WELL Building Institute, will discuss wellness as a workspace requirement with Andrew Lazarow, director of strategy and story at Rockwell Group; Felicity Beasley, director at NREP; and Ciara Keeling, chief executive of Bruntwood.

Also on the jam-packed agenda will be presentations on the investment landscape from Helen Causer, office and investment lead at King’s Cross, Argent; Alastair Moss, planning and transportation chair at the City of London; Caroline McCarthy, head of fund management at IPUT Real Estate Dublin; and Gareth Lewis, real estate director at PwC UK.
