Heineken refreshes West End

Heineken has taken 13,500 sq ft at Great Portland Estates’ Elsley Court on 20-30 Great Titchfield Street in London’s West End. The brewer has taken two floors on a 10-year lease with no breaks at £46.50/sq ft.
