Helios schemes reach 2m sq ft

The move added 46,450 sq m (500,000 sq ft) to the company’s existing commitments at Tameside Park in Manchester, Imperial Park in Watford and Garforth in Leeds. The end value of the 17 schemes is expected to be more than £50m.
