Hemel Hempstead Riverside scheme to go ahead

Nicholson Estates has won consent for its £45m mixed-use scheme in Hemel Hempstead (pictured).The Riverside scheme will measure 29,730 sq m (320,000 sq ft) when completed in spring 2005. Work is expected to start at the end of the year. Hartnell Taylor Cook and Donaldsons are the letting agents. ...
