Henderson Park buys Athene Place in debut London office deal

Henderson Park has made its first office investment in London, acquiring a 147,000 sq ft office building from Commerz Real.

Athene Place is located at 66 Shoe Lane was put on the market for about £120m in June last year.

Henderson Park secured senior financing for the acquisition from Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies.
