Henderson’s German property fund, Warburg — Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien, is in advanced talks with Delancey and Land Securities’ Metro Shopping Fund to buy the N1 centre (right) in Islington, north London, for around £113m — a yield of around 5.25%
