Henry Boot and GMPF launched £66m spec scheme in Manchester

Henry Boot has launched a £66m speculative office development in Manchester alongside its 50-50 joint venture partner, Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF).

Located in Manchester city centre, Island will see the redevelopment of a 10-storey building into 100,000 sq ft of net zero carbon, smart-enabled office accommodation.
