Hermes seals deal for Glasgow office campus

Hermes Investment Management has acquired the 508,144 sq ft Skypark office campus in Glasgow.

As revealed by Property Week at the end of last year, Hermes is buying the campus, which is home to 4,000 employees, from Lone Star following a highly competitive bidding process that saw the price climb well above the guide of £80m.
