Hermes Real Estate has signed up Asda to open its first Asda Living concept in London.

ASDA Living, its homewares to clothing and food store format has signed up at Hermes £15m refurbishment and extension of Tottenham Hale Retail Park in north London.

Hermes Real Estate with development manager Parlison Properties has signed Asda up for a 21,180 sq ft store at ground with a 20,000 sq ft mezzanine, for £22.93/ sq ft on a 15 year lease.

It is the first Asda Living store within the M25.

Next and JD Sports to open

Next has taken a 8,500 sq ft unit at £25/ sq ft on a 10 year lease and JD Sports has taken a 5,800 sq ft unit at £32.50/ sq ft on a 10 year lease.

Securing the first ASDA Living inside of the M25 as our anchor store is a testimony to the strength of the refurbishment and a really positive boost to the retail offer at the park.’
