Hertfordshire County Council sets up propco

Hertfordshire County Council has formed its own property company, Herts Living, which will be led by former Praxis executive Steve Faber.

Faber, who was managing director of Praxis Real Estate Management and before that head of UK investment management at Internos, will head a new joint venture partnership with a soon-to-be-announced developer to make best use of council land.
