HFD Group secures full pre-let of 150,000 sq ft Glasgow development to Morgan Stanley

HFD Group has secured a 150,000 sq ft pre-let to Morgan Stanley at its Bothwell Exchange development in central Glasgow, alongside a £46m development loan from the Bank of Scotland.
