Hillview Real Estate has acquired Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds for £26.5m, funded by a senior debt facility provided by ICG-Longbow.

The portfolio of eight buildings is currently let to 17 tenants including BMA, HM Customs & Excise, Fuel Card, BHP Accountants, Brenntag and Henderson Insurance. The office park location fronts the Leeds outer ring road.
