​Hines secures CMA letting at Canary Wharf

Hines has let 113,000 sq ft of office space to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), at The Cabot in Canary Wharf.

The independent, non-ministerial government department has agreed to a 15-year lease and will relocate from its existing headquarters in Holborn to occupy floors seven, eight and nine at The Cabot, which is spans a total of 455,000 sq ft and is currently undergoing a redevelopment.
