Hines UK appoints Cooper for logistics push

Hines UK has appointed Greg Cooper as director of industrial and logistics as the firm prepares to enter the sector later this year.

The move will further diversify Hines’ current portfolio of prime office, retail and student accommodation assets across the country.

Cooper joins Hines from logistics group Anglesea Capital where he worked as an investment manager alongside a range of investors to source, acquire and manage direct logistics investments.
