Every home seller could have to provide a home information pack by the end of next month. The Daily Telegraph. The Times
The government has indicated its determination to press ahead with the full introduction of the controversial packs following the extension of the scheme yesterday to properties with three bedrooms or more.
The RICS said the level of four-bedroom properties coming on to the market in August had more than halved in certain areas compared with the same month last year.
The government also announced yesterday that most four-bedroom homes are getting an E energy rating (from a scale of A, as the most efficient, to G) in the home information pack assessment.
