HMRC has chosen Peveril Securities and Sladen Estates’ Unity Square development to house its East Midlands regional hub.
The government department has signed a 25 year lease on the 276,632 sq ft 10-storey development which is located near Nottingham train station and the city centre.
The move is the final step in HMRC’s creation of 13 ‘state-of-the-art regional centres’ as part of the government’s project to move civil servants from central London sites to regional hubs.
