Holland & Barrett slammed by landlords for new rent terms

Legal action taken against health food chain after it changes payment terms from quarterly to monthly.

One landlord has opened legal proceedings against the chain after being told last week that it would now receive rent on a monthly rather than quarterly basis.

McComb Property told Property Week this was in breach of the lease at its store in Formby, Merseyside, and that it had now initiated legal action against Holland & Barrett.
