Holmes establishes Midlands foothold

Facilities will include a swimming pool, saunas, beauty parlours and a gymnasium. It will be the first outlet for Holmes Place in the Midlands and means that 80% of the 32,515 sq m (350,000 sq ft) scheme has been let more than a year before the opening.
