Hortons’ seals gym chain deal at Birchley Island Retail Park

JD Gyms has signed a 15-year lease for a unit at Hortons’ Estate’s new retail park development in the Black Country, leaving one remaining unit available to let.

The gym chain will take 16,200 sq ft in Unit 3 of the leisure premises at Birchley Island Retail Park in Oldbury.
