Hotel double deal for Dalata in Bristol and Birmingham

Dalata Hotel Group has agreed forward lettings on a pair of UK hotels to be constructed over the next three years for its Maldron Hotel brand in Birmingham and its Clayton Hotel brand in Bristol.

The two new hotels will add 580 more rooms to Dalata’s portfolio which currently features just over 1,700 rooms in the development pipeline on top of the 1,968 rooms that it already owns or leases in London, Cardiff, Leeds, Birmingham, Belfast and at Manchester Airport.
