A joint venture between Angelo Gordon & Co and Investream has bought Trinity Square and Somerville House in Hounslow, west London, for £15.4m, reflecting an initial yield of 11.8%. A client of DTZ Investment Management sold the 117,264 sq ft asset in an all-cash transaction.
