House of Commons signs 20 year lease for Dartmouth Street office

The House of Commons has leased 53,000 sq ft of offices at Quadrum Global’s 21 Dartmouth Street SW1.

The offices, which are a short walk to the Houses of Parliament, have been taken on a 20 year lease with rent understood to be at market rates.
