Housing association hits £1.7m

Paddington Churches Housing Association raised £1.7m from four empty houses in north-west London at a Winkworth's auction on 30 January. All sold for above their guide price, including five studio flats, which were expected to fetch £380,000 but made £590,000. A total of £5.7m was raised from 68 lots.In our ...
