The virtual event on 24 June will feature speeches and roundtable talks from industry-leading names, including Pincher, who will kick off the event with a keynote speech on what the sector can expect from government policy.

Best-selling author and Pointless presenter Osman (pictured) will discuss how later-living villages inspired his book The Thursday Murder Club. His talk will tie in with one of the key themes of the event: how the sector must change consumers’ viewpoints of the later-living sector.

The event has been rebranded from Retirement Living to better reflect the evolving housing market for older people.
