Secretary of state for housing Robert Jenrick has been lined up to deliver the political keynote speech at this year’s hybrid RESI Convention, which takes place at Celtic Manor in Wales on 8-9 September.
In his speech, Jenrick, who at last year’s event spoke about the planning white paper and leasehold ownership, is expected to outline what the government wants from the residential sector post-pandemic.
He joins a stellar speaker line-up that includes BPF president and Argent Related chairman David Partridge, Rightmove director Tim Bannister and Pocket Living development director Thomasin Renshaw. BBC business editor Mark Easton will again host.
The event will include sessions on the rising cost of materials, case studies on successful diversity and inclusion initiatives and a panel discussion on the levelling-up agenda.
RESI Convention takes place 8-9 September 2021, join Property Week and inspirational speakers as we deep dive into the key strategic issues that really matter post-crisis in ‘The Age of Responsibility’.
