Hugill joins Lend Lease for £270m Crosby buy

Lend Lease and two former Chelsfield directors, Nigel Hugill and Robin Butler, were working furiously this week to finalise a £270m deal to buy the northern housebuilding subsidiary of Berkeley Group.
