One of the UK’s largest housing associations has taken a 50,000 sq ft letting at a new London Bridge office development.
Hyde Group is to relocate from Lee Green to Blink Point’s new development at 30 Park Street, SE1. Hyde has taken a 20 year lease at a rent of £42.50 per sq ft with a rent free period averaging 21 months.
Initially, the office will be the base for Hyde’s executive management team and over 80 staff from the Group’s corporate strategic functions. The move is scheduled to be completed by March 2009 with the majority of employees transferring from Hyde’s current head offices in Lee Green.
Joint letting agents for 30 Park Street were DTZ and BH2 and Hyde Housing Association was represented by Styles Harold Williams.
