Hyperion takes final space at One Creechurch

Developer Helical has let 16,000 sq ft at One Creechurch Place to Hyperion taking the 17-storey office scheme to fully let.

Hyperion is already the largest tenant at the building and has now taken the fourth floor, comprising of 16,000 sq ft, on a 15-year lease. Following this letting, Hyperion will occupy 147,921 sq ft of the building across nine floors.
