I2 Office has taken 14,647 sq ft at IVG’s 122,000 sq ft No 1 Leeds property on Whitehall Road in the city. The serviced offices company has taken a 10-year lease at an undisclosed rent. Knight Frank and King Sturge advised owner IVG; Jones Lang LaSalle advised I2 Office.
