IFCO Kingsland Grange

Packaging company IFCO has agreed to take over the 85,000 sq ft space recently vacated by Amazon at Property Alliance Group’s Kingsland Grange for its debut North West warehouse site.

The company, which specialises in cleaning and storing of reusable plastic containers for the retail sector, has signed a 10-year lease on the space where PAG is carrying out a refurbishment ahead of IFCO moving in next month.

Head of industrial at PAG, Frank Taylor, said the deal was a great success for the development and that there is the potential for IFCO’s unit to be expanded in the future.
