Igloo Regeneration has completed its £60m Bermondsey Square regeneration scheme in Southwark, London.

It includes 76 apartments with a reception area designed by Mindseye Lighting Design [pictured], 28,413 sq ft of office space, retail space, a cinema, boutique hotel, restaurants and bars, and a Sainsbury’s all designed around a communal square.

The scheme was designed by Munkenbeck and Marshall Architects.

In July Igloo Regeneration secured its first commercial tenant when it let a floor of office space to public relations firm Cow PR at around the guiding rent of £37.50/sq ft. Cow PR took a 10-year lease. E A Shaw advised on the deal for Cow PR and are retained on the office element, along with Brewster Leech.

DTZ and Stirling Ackroyd are retained agents for the residential element.
