Impact buys two Kent care homes for £14m

Care home group Impact Healthcare REIT has acquired two care homes in Kent for £14m that will be occupied by new tenant Belmont Healthcare.

One home is a purpose-built, 120-bedroom property split over four units, each with 30 beds.
