Property Week celebrated the best of the best of the industry at Grosvenor House at its 26th annual Property Awards on 7 June.

Hosted by comedian Simon Evans, the event commenced with a speech by new Property Week editor Lem Bingley, followed by an address by Paul Morrish, chief executive of youth homelessness charity LandAid.

Highlights of the evening included Fabrix winning the awards for Developer of the Year – Commercial Property and Health & Wellbeing Initiative – Commercial Property.

FORE Partnership won the award for Climate Crisis Initiative – Commercial Property and Industrial Agency Team of the Year went to JLL Industrial & Logistics Group, and Plus X took home the Newcomer Award – Commercial Property.

Kelly Bream, executive director at VervLife, took home the award for Entrepreneur of the Year; Samantha Kempe, chief investment officer at IMMO, won the award for Young Property Personality of the Year; and Property Personality of the Year went to Richard Croft, executive chair at M7 Real Estate.

Inducted into Property Week’s Hall of Fame were Rob Bould, Roy Richardson and Jackie Sadek.
