ING REIT makes debt disposals

ING UK Real Estate Income Trust has sold two assets to stay within its debt covenants – One The Boulevard, Shire Park, in Welwyn Garden City; and part of Scots Corner in Kings Heath, Birmingham, for a total of £7.25m at a yield of 8.3%.
