Inhabit unveils plans for resi redevelopment of Aberdeen's Broadford Works

Developer Inhabit has submitted plans to convert the former textile factory at Broadford Works in Aberdeen into a 590,000 sq ft residential-led scheme.

The proposed Broadford Works development has been designed to complement Aberdeen City Council’s city centre masterplan, and will incorporate 460 high quality homes, student accommodation, office space, shops and restaurants.
