Instant agrees debut co-lease deal at Dorrington’s Fairfax House

Flexible workspace specialist Instant Group has agreed what it claims is the first-ever co-lease deal in central London by securing SPHERE for Dorrington’s Fairfax House in Holborn, Property Week can reveal.

The co-lease deal comprises a two-year letting for a 2,800 sq ft space in Fairfax House which has been fitted out and fully managed specifically for cyber security firm SPHERE by Instant on behalf of landlords Dorrington.
