Intradco leases office space at The Martlets

Goldway Properties has granted Intradco Cargo Services a five-year lease on its second-floor offices at 49 The Martlets, Burgess Hill at £70/sq m (£6.50/sq ft).A four-month rent-free period has been agreed on the 220 sq m (2,370 sq ft) suite. Stiles Harold Williams acted for the lessor.
