Intu seals structured equity deal with Cale Street

Intu has entered into a joint venture with Cale Street Investments for its intu Derby shopping centre.

The JV sees Kuwaiti-backed investment firm Cale Street acquire 50% of intu Derby for £186.3m in cash.
