Intu’s share price rose 3.78% on Thursday to 101.7p in reaction to its joint venture with Cale Street Investment at its Derby shopping centre.
The JV sees Kuwaiti-backed investment firm Cale Street acquire 50% of intu Derby for £186.3m in cash.
