Investment: Fund managers take secondary option

As an office location, Cardiff remains strong, and although there is quantifiable demand in the region of 46,500 sq m (500,000 sq ft) there is limited supply of high-quality buildings. This has resulted in considerable activity in the older, secondary properties within the city centre.
