Invista engages in Staines

Invista Real Estate has submitted a planning application for 43,000 sq ft of retail space, 124 homes and a new bus station in the third phase of redevelopment of the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre in Staines Town Centre, in a joint venture between its Clerical Medical fund and Spelthorne Borough Council.
