Invista Real Estate Investment Management has made a string of promotions in its London office.

Nick Howitt has been appointed senior fund manager and will be responsible for the

Clerical Medial Unit Linked Property Fund, as well as working with Robert O’Hara on the Clerical Medical With Profits Fund.

Howitt joined Invista in 1994 and was previously at Donaldsons.

Harry Chichester has been appointed head of the office sector team. He previously worked on Invista’s West End portfolio.

Ben Du Boulay will become head of central London offices, reporting to Nick Montgomery and Chichester, and will be responsible for management of its £2.5bn central London portfolio.
