IOAM makes four Speke deals to take industrial park to fully let

IOAM has secured four new tenants to take its Speke Business Park on Merseyside to fully let.

Four units, totalling more 9,620 sq ft, have been let to occupiers Killer Ink, Eurogardens, Lawrence Marr & Sons and Keep Energy on new leases at rents of £6.50/sq ft.
